Nick Deonas: Nick is the second generation offspring from a Greek Boatbuilding family which became most instrumental in Florida's modern day shrimping industry. A true Renaissance man, Nick's interests are deeply rooted in the ups and downs of the Human Race. A very accomplished businessman with interests in Real Estate and the Marine Industry, Nick gave many years to Public Service as well, performing duties as a firefighter, County Commissioner, Port Authority Board Member and initiating contributions to many other charities and community services. As an ASCAP member he still co-writes music with Howard Scott of legendary "War" (Cisco Kid).

Elizabeth "Liz" Kay: Growing up on the edges of the rural southern United States, Elizabeth was always fascinated by the folk medicine practiced by the locals. Most fascinating was the overlapping of modern science with long-practiced natural cures.

Dr. John Konhilas Ph.D.:  John, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology at the University of Arizona in Tucson (previousy University of Colorado), has performed critical studies examining the impact of diet on heart disease and gene expression.

He maintains an active research laboratory and a proven scientific track record as evidenced by the publication of many peer-reviewed papers in reputable scientific journals. He has been the recipient of a National Research Service Award and a Mentored Scientific Research Development Award from the National Institutes of Health. He is founder and Chief Science Officer of Metabolic Health Laboratories, a company focused on using evidence-based nutritional therapies. John will contribute his extensive medical and scientific background to Fortunebound health columns.

Johnny Kromann: Johnny is a Michelin Star Chef who has developed the art of creative-affordable cuisine. After gaining experience in many renowned hotels and fine dining establishments and a running an several Award Winning Restaurant in Ft.Lauderdale for many years, Johnny has now embarked on a mission to create and produce high quality menus for volume operations. Danish born, he currently commutes between his native Denmark where he is chef-manager for the Fezer Group and North Florida where his family lives. At Fezer he is responsible for menu creation, planning and execution for a 3 shift 1,200 employee kitchen. He is also an avid fisherman with some of the most tantalizing seafood recipes ever created. 

Having first been a published writer at the age of ten she continued to excel at writing during these difficult years. Astonished teachers encouraged her talents by entering her works into several local, regional and state competitions. She went on to contribute popular pieces to a variety of publications and even wrote and directed a school play during high school.
